Faisal Town Phase 2 Ring Road Block (Sector W): Plot Sizes, Price List and Layout Plan

Faisal Town Phase 2 has a newly launched block: the Ring Road Block, shown on the developer’s layout as Sector W. This post collects what has been shared with ELB Marketing so far: the plot sizes, the price list, the layout plan and a short video reel.
ELB Marketing is a real estate marketing and consultancy firm. Faisal Town Phase 2 is developed by Faisal Town (Pvt.) Ltd. All figures below come from the developer’s price list and layout plan as supplied to ELB.
About the Ring Road Block (Sector W)
The Sector W layout plan for Faisal Town-II (FT-II) is a residential sector with a mix of plot sizes, internal streets, parks and community spaces. The plan labels the Rawalpindi Ring Road, the Motorway M-2 and G.T. Road (N-5) along its edge, which is how the block gets its name.
What the layout plan shows:
- Residential plots in sizes of 25 × 50, 30 × 60, 35 × 70 and 40 × 80 feet
- Wide boulevards (Boulevard 28 and Boulevard 32, both marked 180 ft wide) and Road No. 37 (80 ft wide), plus 40 ft and 50 ft internal streets
- Two parks, two educational institution sites, a mosque site and a filling station site
- A Commercial District-II strip with a commercial plot marked 130 × 185 ft

Notes from the price list
- Payment is accepted as a pay order, demand draft or cash in favour of “Faisal Town (PVT) Ltd.” Cheques are not accepted under any circumstances.
- An additional cost may apply to some plots: 15% for a main road corner plot, 10% for a main road plot or proper corner, and 5% for a short corner or a plot with a green area, lake, or front and back open.
- The price list shows a registration fee of PKR 20,000 on every plot size.
